In 2010, we started JAV Technic our largest aircraft maintenance center at Queen Alia International Airport.

It was launched in 2010 in response to the ongoing demand for Aircraft repair and maintenance, and was certified by the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC) in Jordan.
JAV Technic is not only responsible for the maintenance of our aircraft, but also for other airlines.

We are approved by the Aviation Authority of the following countries to conduct base and line maintenance, including C and D checks (heavy and extensive maintenance) for the following aircraft types: Airbus A310, A320, and A330 together with Boeing 737 and Boeing 767.

• Iraq
• Kyrgyzstan
• Egypt
• Afghanistan
• Sudan
• The Republic of Gambia

We received our European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA. 145.0734) maintenance certification that granted us the credentials needed to perform heavy and base aircraft services at our hangar.

We have qualified aircraft engineers and technicians trained and licensed to perform the following services:

• Structural inspection, modifications, and rectification.
• Cabin interior overhaul.
• Aircraft painting and polishing.
• Electrical and instrumentation maintenance (E&I).
• Non-destructive Testing (NDT).

JAV Technic is a certified Aircraft Maintenance Organization (MRO) that delivers the following maintenance requirements: Sheet Metal Shop, Wheels, Tires & Brakes Shop, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) related services. In addition to the following, Level III NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) services include:

• Magnetic particle inspection.
• Penetrant inspection.
• Ultrasonic inspection.
• Eddy current inspection.
• X-ray inspection.
• Gamma-ray inspection
